I was referred to Lifted by a parent carer forum, I met with Shekila, who was an absolute god send. She supported me to navigate the benefit forms, get all my evidence together and get the benefits I was entitled to. She also helped me notify and complete the updates for UC. She went above and beyond her role in the care and attention she provided. Lifted have been a lifeline for me and I have recommended them to other ppl, they provide an invaluable service. The staff and volunteers are brilliant

Since I first went to the Dandelion Community Centre seeking advise, the staff there have always been welcoming and friendly and helped me gain more knowledge about benefits. I have recently given up work to spend more time with my adult son who has SEN and we both now attend the Tone and Trim gym situated in the Dandelion Comm Centre and Lifted’s Drop in.
